Day of Appointment
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we appreciate a minimum of 24-hours notice. First-time clients to the salon should call back to confirm their appointment with the appointment desk the day before their appointment.
All products and makeup sales are final. This helps to ensure our Product Quality Assurance.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. We have an ATM machine on location for our guests convenience.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash as well as Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No personal checks. We do not accept prepaid bank gift cards.
$100 deposit required for all Keratin Treatments. Failure to cancel a Keratin appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in loss of deposit.
Child Safety Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon when they are having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
